actually, nothing interesting happened to me during chinese new year since i dont have anyone to visit. all of my relatives are at china, and i cant possibly go back and celebrate with them. if only singapore's holiday period for chinese new year is same as china which is a whole month! right now, my cousins should be enjoying themselves collecting "ang baos" (red packet) and stuffing their entire mouth with goodies. as usual, i spent my new year with my beloved computer, playing games. it has been years since i have been doing so. everybody is visiting their relatives so i can hardly get any friends out to play. except for some of my indian and malay friends. chinese new year is just like any other day for me. hopefully for the next new year i get to spend it meaningfully.
